Process Introduction

50-100 tph Sand making plant is a special production line for producing sand and aggregate materials for construction. In the sand making plant, workers can process natural rocks, limestone, granite, sand stones, river pebbles, and other materials into artificial sand that meets the requirements of building sand. It is to replace the natural river sand for the buildings and construction industries which need high-quality aggregates. Usually 50-100 tph Sand making plant is crushed by tertiary crushing process, including primary jaw crusher, secondary impact crusher or cone crusher, tertiary VSI sand crusher. The process may include a sand washing machine to achieve high-grade sand, depending on requirements.

Sand production plant equipment workflow

1. The vibrating feeder regularly feeds large stone material into the jaw crusher and impact crusher for initial crushing.

2. Then 0-40mm aggregate is transported by belt conveyor into VSI vertical impact crusher for making sand.

3. Material large than 10mm returns to VSI machine to crush again forming a closed loop. Operators can partially process 5-10mm material to meet discharge requirements. Material less than 5mm enters sand washing machine to clean.

4. Here we could provide solution to meet different requirement.
¢ÙIf you need 0.075mm fine sand, a fine sand recycling machine is a good choice.
¢ÚIf 0-5mm sand is what you need, you could directly get it after screening, or get clean sand using sand washing machine, or quickly get high quality sand using fine sand recycling and dewatering machine.
